The RSD process is an intensely collaborative, time-tested and proven process for rapidly developing and deploying sustainable solutions specifically tailored to your unique needs.
While the process is highly structured in its overall objectives, it’s not an off-the-shelf program. Its flexibility allows our facilitators and your participants, working closely together, to customize it to your business environment and objectives.
DISCOVERY
The process begins with a rigorous information-gathering and discovery stage. This phase occurs over a period of approximately one month, depending on the size of your organization, and is designed to ensure measurable results in the Execution phase.
COLLABORATIVE WORK SESSIONS
An elite team of senior advisors, working collaboratively with your assigned participants, facilitates a three-to-five day workshop. This workshop, which is conducted at our facility and includes plenary events as well as focused breakout sessions, consists of several distinct phases, including:
GOAL-SETTING
Together, workshop participants establish goals and measurable outcomes, using information gathered in the Discovery phase.
ASSESSMENT
Professional analysts, subject matter experts and industry specialists are on site to work with you and assist our senior facilitators in this process.
PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
We use state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to develop strategies and appropriate organizational structures designed to meet your specific needs and business objectives, by addressing the goals and outcomes established in the Goal-Setting phase. Analysis, strategic alignment and culture change experiences are integral components of this phase.
ACTION PLANNING
We collaborate on an actionable and measurable implementation plan, based on your organization’s specific objectives. Both you and Criterion commit to execute this plan, starting immediately.
EXECUTION AND FOLLOW-UP
The collaborative process doesn’t end with the conclusion of the initial workshop. We work closely with you to ensure measurable results and successful execution, based on commitments made in the Action-Planning phase. Ongoing collaboration includes monthly sessions with you for review and recommendations. We help you through every step of the plan.
HANDS-ON EXECUTION GUIDANCE
Where appropriate, we will provide subject matter experts and interim management to work side-by-side with you, on a real-time basis, throughout the execution process.
